How do I purchase mockups from Mockarts Studio?
Simply browse our collection, select the mockups you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely via PayPal. You will receive an email with a download link once your order is processed.
What are the license options for the mockups?
We offer three types of licenses for our mockups:
Standard License: For personal use or non-commercial projects.
Commercial License: For commercial projects such as advertising or branding.
Commercial Plus License: For larger-scale, high-volume commercial projects with extended distribution rights.
You can choose the appropriate license when purchasing a mockup.
Can I use mockups for my client projects?
Yes! Our Commercial and Commercial Plus Licenses allow you to use the mockups in client projects. However, the Standard License is only for personal use.
Can I request a custom mockup?

Payment
How can I pay?
We accept secure payments via PayPal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Is my payment info safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by trusted third parties (Stripe or PayPal). We never store or see your full payment details.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital, all sales are final. But if there’s a technical issue or you didn’t receive your files, contact us — we’re here to help.
I didn’t receive a download link. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, email us with your order number and we’ll send you the files.
